Garrett Homes

A house: four walls, a roof, some windows and doors. A house is made of wood and bricks and glass. A home is more than just a house. Home is the place your family feels at peace, where memories are made and lives are lived. Home reflects you, your unique style, your warmth and personality. At Garrett Homes, we don’t just build a house—we help you design a home. As one of Michigan’s oldest family-owned builders, we create communities that withstand the test of time and homes that reflect the high standards of our customers. Our team of dedicated experts constructs high quality, single-family homes in premier communities in Troy and Shelby Township, Michigan. Our homeowners trust us to turn visions of their dream home into reality.
