Martini Mortgage Group

Welcome to the Martini Mortgage Group. We are an Equal Housing Lender based in Raleigh NC and serving clients throughout North Carolina (I-168790). We also work with customers in Florida (LO73429), Georgia (143962), Illinois (031.0069849), Tennessee (210675), and Virginia (MLO-40937VA)The Martini Mortgage Group was founded in 2006 by Certified Mortgage Advisor & Producing Branch Manager Kevin Martini. The family business also includes Logan and Ronni Martini, together with Keith Ingram and Katie Schmitz. For more than 15 years, the Group has helped numerous borrowers to purchase homes or refinance affordably. Our goal is to help all the families we serve grow their wealth over time, reduce their debt for a debt-free retirement and plan appropriately for their futures. At the Martini Mortgage Group, we take a different approach to the lending process. In a typical mortgage experience, you would call a lender and tell them what you would like, and then the salesperson would tell you if they can help you and at which terms. Kevin Martini and the Martini Mortgage Group take the time to understand your financial picture, structuring our advice around your short and long-term goals. We spend time with each client, either in our office or through a virtual meeting, to walk you through every step of the process and to ensure you have clarity around making an educated decision. Kevin and his Group simply believe that on the consumer’s end, this experience doesn’t provide the consumer with any value at all. Any mortgage company will tell you what you CAN do, but very few will help you understand what you SHOULD do based on your best interests. Kevin Martini and the Martini Mortgage Group believe that because we often are helping you with your largest financial asset (your home) and your largest debt (your mortgage), Raleigh NC mortgage lenders have a fiduciary responsibility to proactively help you make smart decisions, before, during, and well after your initial transaction with us. Ask yourself the question, “Who is really benefiting from the lender’s suggestion?” In a typical mortgage experience, the lender is benefiting. When working with the Martini Mortgage Group, it’s important that you know that our experienced staff of Certified Mortgage Advisors and Mortgage Strategists are compensated by salary, not based on 100% commission like most mortgage companies. This allows the Martini Mortgage Group to give you unbiased and thoughtful advice and guidance, regardless of the outcome, not only now, but for years to come.
