Revv Towing

Revv was founded on the core idea of eliminating the wait time of our valued customers stalled on the side of the road. To do so, we have enhanced our dispatch system, fleet of tow trucks, staff hiring and training systems. But we still felt that it wasn’t enough, so kept striving to innovate the best possible system. And finally learnt that high tech dispatch software, best trained staff and our fancy new truck along with top of the line equipment alone could never enable us achieve what we aimed for. It’s the customer’s feedback and criticism, which made us believe that we could reach our goals. That being said, we request all our customers to please kindly share your experience. The core of our existence depends on customer’s suggestions, recommendations and most importantly complaints. Tell us about your experience so we can improve our system if you did not get a stellar service. Similarly, please advise us if you had a good service so we can reward the staff who participated in your service. We believe that a good service unappreciated and a poor service un noticed has serious consequences. Keeping that in mind, we always remind ourselves the importance of our valued customer’s opinions. Customer’s opinions have made us a very detail oriented team, focussed to listen and document every thing you ask for during your first call and precisely respond with transparency and politeness. We understand that when you need us, is mostly not a good for you, we intend to minimize your wait time for our tow truck to arrive and maximize the safety of you, your family and your vehicle. It does not matter if you do not have all the information needed to complete the initial dispatch.
